Our homes are fully furnished and prepared for your arrival, typically with fresh linens and towels, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi and essential toiletries. Amenities vary from home to home, so we set out exactly what each home includes and are happy to confirm any detail before you book.

Reservations are requested and arranged on WhatsApp. Each booking button on this site opens a WhatsApp chat with your details already written in, ready for you to review and send. Our team then replies with availability, rates and terms, and nothing is booked until we have confirmed them with you in writing.

Families are very welcome. Homes with separate bedrooms and a full kitchen are often a comfortable choice. Tell us who is travelling, including children's ages, and we'll suggest homes that suit your group.

Before you arrive, we share your check-in time, directions and access details. Arrangements vary between buildings. As required for holiday home stays in Dubai, we will ask for identification for every guest before arrival, and we'll guide you through exactly what is needed for your home.

Longer stays are welcome. Message us on WhatsApp with your dates and requirements, and we'll share the options and terms available for an extended stay.

Request a property consultation on this page or message us on WhatsApp. We'll review your property with you, help with furnishing and interior design where needed (purchases are made with your approval and at your cost), then list your home on BARIQ's own platform, on leading booking platforms and with our network of brokers. We begin once a written management agreement for your property has been signed.

We take care of the work of hosting on your behalf: guiding your home's furnishing and design, presenting it on BARIQ's platform, booking platforms and with our brokers, setting rates, coordinating bookings, guests and housekeeping, looking after the property and reporting to you clearly. We don't guarantee occupancy or income; we work to achieve the best possible return for your home.
